In order to conduct research within the framework of “Central Asian Law: Legal Cultures and Business Environments in Central Asia” project funded by the European Commission’s H2020 MSCA-RISE programme (https://centralasianlaw.blogg.lu.se/) seconded fellow from Marmara University (Istanbul, Turkey) Mr. Oguz Dorken arrived to our university.
University’s management – Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for scientific work Bakhtaulova Aleftina Sembaevna held a meeting with our guest, where members of the project from Kazakstan – Director of scientific and educational center “Rukhani Zhangyru” Nazgul Baigabatova, supervisor of educational program in the field of “Law” Daniya Nurmukhankyzy and Director of the International cooperation and strategic management center Zhanar Nurmukhamedkyzy also participated.
During the meeting, the directions of research and further plans for the implementation of the project were discussed. Mr. Oguz Dorken got acquainted with the structural units, visited the Museum, the Start-up academy, the Youth Center of the university and selected books related to the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in English in the library of university. In future, we are planning meetings with the teaching staff, master’s students and doctoral students.
