On Novermber 14, 2023 year the head of the educational program “Pedagogy and Psychology”, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) B. Zh. Almukhambetova conducted a training seminar on the topic “Emotional Intelligence”. The purpose of the seminar is to form a reliable and sincere attitude of a person to the world, based on understanding the nature of people’s emotions and the development of emotional interaction. The objectives of the training are to harmonize the relationship of the individual in the family and team; to develop intercultural dialogue and interactive human abilities; to develop leadership qualities and moral feelings; to form a positive attitude towards the world.
