TSUKUBA UNIVERSITY (JAPAN)
As part of the implementation of the schedule plan for attracting foreign experts from leading universities abroad who have publications in highly rated scientific journals, classes for students of the educational program “State and Local Government” are conducted by Ph.D, Professor of the Graduate School of Social Sciences and Humanities of the University of Tsukuba (Japan) Timur Dadabaev. The professor teaches a course in English “State and Business”. The course covers key topics such as government intervention in the market, East Asia and its differences from the United States, the Japanese miracle, public goods, public finance, education, external effects, environment and health.
In his free time from classes, the professor works on developing scientific applications and project proposals for international project programs and national grant funding competitions, writing scientific articles together with the teaching staff. At the request of the teaching staff, the professor held a series of seminars on the topics “Methodology for writing research articles for journals included in international databases” and “Methodology of selection of journals for publishing articles in journals with impact factor”.
