Teambuilding is a modern method for creating a cohesive team, allowing each member to find their role and fully develop their abilities. All types of teambuilding promote informal communication and teamwork, while also helping to strengthen corporate relationships. On September 21, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, under the leadership of Dinara Maratovna Zhabykbayeva, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Studies, and organized by Aydana Serikbolkyzy Doskeldina, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Humanities held a teambuilding event for teachers. The event, designed to prevent fatigue before the start of the new academic year, was conducted in a game format. According to the participants, they gained energy and a positive mood from the teambuilding activities.
