September 17, 2024, the curator of the 4th year 411ISR of the Information Systems specialty group, Z. Kanapyanova, held a curatorial hour and presented the Address of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan on the topic “Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic progress, public optimism.” This message discussed specific areas of future work. The address includes nine areas, including: eliminating the incompatibility of monetary policy and fiscal policy, the importance of ongoing work to improve the investment climate and conditions necessary for doing business, the need to take comprehensive measures to fully utilize the country’s industrial potential, pressing infrastructure issues that need to be addressed, increasing the country’s human resources potential, strengthening the health of the nation, and improving the environmental situation. It was said that we must widely glorify the importance of environmental protection in society, improve the efficiency of public administration and deeply implement the ideology of law and order in society.
