ABOUT THE SCIENTIFIC PROJECT:

  • Project name:Development of creative abilities of the future primary school teachers through research competencies
  • The purpose of the project: To reveal the content and scientific and methodological justification of the components of the development of creative abilities of future primary school teachers through research competencies in universities, to develop an educational, methodological complex and resources for improving the educational program for training specialists adapted to the primary education system
  • Objectives:
  1. Systematization of the scientific and theoretical foundations of the content components of the research competencies of future primary school teachers.

Generalization, analysis and differentiation of normative legal documents in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, advanced ideas in the research of psychological, pedagogical and methodological orientation of foreign, domestic scientists in the field of research competencies in the professional activity of the future primary school teacher. Implementation of the improvement of the educational program in the specialty by developing a theoretical and scientific-methodological system for the formation of the research competence of the future primary school teacher in accordance with the content specifics of his professional activity.

  1. Determination of the types of knowledge and components in the scientific, theoretical and methodological content of the development of creative abilities of future primary school teachers through the research competencies they have mastered.

The presented project is aimed at the didactic requirements of the university, to substantiate new meaningful approaches to the development of creative abilities through research competencies in the professional activities of the future primary school teacher in accordance with the modern content of education, compatible with the principles of the Bologna Declaration in the integration of Kazakhstan with the European education system. The ways of developing creative abilities through research competence are determined in accordance with the content specifics with the improvement of the content of the current and future educational program for primary school teachers.

  1. Development and introduction into scientific circulation of a scientific and methodological system for the development of creative abilities of future primary school teachers through research competencies;

In the pedagogical process of a modern university, scientific and methodological approaches to improving the educational program of the specialty are considered, the justification of the correspondence of the development of creative abilities through research competencies in the professional activity of a future primary school teacher to the didactic requirements of modern pedagogical practice with the rational use of innovative technologies in the training of teaching staff.

4. Conducting an experimental experiment of alternative educational and methodological complexes and resource materials aimed at substantiating the scientific and methodological system for the development of creative abilities of future primary school teachers through research competence, analyzing research results, providing recommendations.

The idea of the project:

The project considered new ways and modern scientific and methodological system for the development of creative abilities of future primary school teachers by improving their research competence, as a priority component of improving their potential in professional training.

In the Kazakh education system, the issue of training of modern competitive and fully developed professional teachers is taking place as a phenomenon aimed at solving important tasks. It is considered the direct relationship of the future teacher to the development of creative abilities through the improvement of various competencies, which give a picture of the full potential of the future teacher, sufficient knowledge and experience in his professional activities. Considering this from a socio-pedagogical point of view, the process of improving the content structures of the educational programs of specialties in universities in the training of future teachers arises from the need to fulfill and implement the tasks set in the processes of the current pedagogical system. The development of their creative abilities from the point of view of individual characteristics is relevant and necessary by improving the research competencies that make up the component of the professional activity of the future teacher.

  • Expected results:

1.Publication of educational and teaching aids in Kazakhstan publications.

  1. Obtaining copyrighted certificates from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for educational, teaching aids prepared within the framework of the project.
  1. Development of scientific and technical, design documentation-no.
  2. Ways to disseminate the results of the work among potential users, the community of scientists, the general public – the creation of reports in the scientific environment by organizing scientific and methodological publications/educational and teaching aids, scientific and educational articles and scientific-theoretical, methodological conferences, seminars that give the content of the results.
  3. Other measurable results in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation and the specifics of the project. In the section:

1) The scope of application and target consumers of each of the expected results-according to the results of the study, they are made out in the form of scientific and methodological materials, educational and teaching aids. These materials will serve as a basis for improving the quality of training of future specialists in the country’s universities, developing the potential of the scientific, cognitive and educational environment among scientific and pedagogical workers, and will also be used to improve the educational program of students, undergraduates, doctoral students at the departments of training future primary school teachers.

2) The impact of the expected results on the development of the main scientific directions and related fields of science and technology is to characterize the theoretical and methodological content of science in the training of future primary school teachers from the point of view of a new approach to modern educational philosophical foundations. Scientific, methodological disclosure of the continuity of the teacher, underlying the development of his creative abilities, revealing the technological system of organization and management of research competence based on general professional competencies in teaching.

3) Applicability and (or) the possibility of commercialization of the obtained scientific results – in the educational process organized as part of the educational program for training future primary school teachers in higher educational institutions, in the process of increasing and improving professional knowledge of the specialty. The possibility of commercialization-if the proposed thematic project wins, which will solve the problem of retraining and advanced training of primary school teachers in this direction. However, if you need knowledge and experience in this area, you can organize and conduct special courses. Creation of a methodological system for the formation and improvement of creative abilities / PD – (disciplines on the component of choice)/ of future primary school teachers engaged in quality education, new approaches are introduced into the pedagogical process of the university through research competencies.

4) Social, economic, environmental, scientific and technical, multiplicative and (or) other effects of the project results with justification – the scientific project conducts a scientific-methodological analysis of improving the quality of training of future primary school teachers. At the same time, the provision of high-quality specialists on an economic basis for the training of future specialists, which is the basis for improving the professional potential of teachers in socio-pedagogical conditions. The development of the creative abilities of future primary school teachers through research competencies in professional activities, the implementation of sound training in the scientific, methodological system from the point of view of new knowledge–this has affected the reduction of the need for retraining of specialists and the reduction of financial costs.

5) Additional reflection of other direct and indirect results of the project along with qualitative and quantitative characteristics – the results of the project for the development of creative abilities of future primary school teachers through research competence activities make a qualitative contribution to the development of pedagogical science in Kazakhstan. It also contributes to increasing competitiveness among universities in the training of modern teaching staff, has an impact on quantitative and qualitative selection. Improving the content of educational programs for the training of future specialists allows you to purposefully determine their educational trajectories by introducing various alternative /elective courses / disciplines.
