The Center for professional development and complementary  education has developed the concept of functioning of “Asyl Kazyna University”, together with the faculties, the subject matter has been compiled and educational programs have been developed. Courses were held on the programs as  “Modern information technologies for everyday life”, “Financial literacy”, “Electronic government”, “Fitness for the brain: training for every day” and “English language” for university veterans and retired people of the city.
