Round table «STUDENT SCIENCE: RESULTS OF 2022», dedicated to the Day of Science
In honor of Science Day on April 12, 2023, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov hosted a round table “Student Science: Results of 2022” and an award ceremony for students and their leaders who have contributed to the development of science
Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Altynsarin Kazakh Academy of Education, Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Bakhtaulova Aleftina Sembayevna delivered a welcoming speech at the opening of the round table.
Reports of 4 speakers were heard at the round table meeting:
1) Bazhenova Elmira – PhD, lecturer at the Higher School of Physical Culture and Art
2) Abdulayeva Aigerim – Master’s degree, Deputy Dean for Scientific Work of the Higher School of Natural Sciences
3) Murat Auelbek – 3rd year doctoral student of the Higher School of Pedagogy and Psychology
4) Nurzhanova Zhuldyz – 3rd year student of the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Law and Economics
Within the framework of the Science Day, doctoral students who have published articles with a percentile of 50 and higher in highly rated journals indexed by the international reference databases Scopus and Web of Science were awarded letters of thanks “For active participation in research activities and achieving high performance”. A letter of thanks from the Chairman of the Board-Rector Baymyrzaev Kuat Maratuly “For contribution to the development of science” was awarded to students who have achieved scientific success at the national and international levels in the 2022-2023 academic year and their scientific supervisors.
Honorary diplomas and letters of thanks from the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.Nurbek “For contribution to the development of science” were awarded to teaching staff and young scientists of the university.
Board member – Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov Bakhtaulova Aleftina Sembayevna, awarding students and teachers, wished creative success and new achievements in the field of science and noted that Zhetysu University is proud of young scientists who are dedicated to their work and make a great contribution to the development of science.
