Every Wednesday teachers of EP Foreign languages and translation studies A.S. Doskeldina, G.K. Turabay, Zh.A. Zhalelova, A.K. Ospan, M.Zh. Zhumagazieva and G.M. Omarbekova conduct ‘Speaking Club’ for 1st-4th year students.
These sessions involve discussions on various topics with the aim of enhancing students’ communicative competence and refining their pronunciation and listening skills. This week, the students watched the movie “Philosopher” and played the game “Bunker”. The main goal of the club is to develop students’ speaking skills and critical thinking. Kasymkhan Ayim, a student of the 9th grade of Gymnasium №14, was at the meeting of our club.
