Employees of the Department of Justice of the Zhetysu region held a lecture for students of educational programs in legal fields. The topic of the lecture is the main activity of the judicial authorities and the management of administrative cases for the protection of intellectual property rights. The lecture was conducted by the head of the Department for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the Department of Justice of the Zhetysu region Aubakirov Eltai Nusupbekovich and the chief specialist of the Department of Legal explanatory work and legal services to the population Kakimov Maksat Nurtayevich. The purpose of the meeting was to analyze the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conduct legal expertise of draft normative legal acts, carry out state registration, organize and provide legal assistance, legal propaganda, familiarize with the procedure of administrative proceedings in the field of protection and protection of intellectual property rights. At the end of the lecture, students were asked to master effective mechanisms for protecting the rights of citizens in administrative records management, competent filling out of documents, and the order of record keeping.
