1applies methods of conducting complex research based on a holistic system of scientific worldview using knowledge in the field of history and philosophy of science, uses the knowledge gained to form effective strategies for searching and research work in their scientific specialty;
2defines the relationship between research and educational processes in higher education, uses the opportunities to attract their own research as a means of improving the educational process, has a culture of life and professional self-determination, business professionally-oriented language, active methods of teaching management disciplines, educational information technologies;
3applies modern methods and methods of teaching management disciplines in professional activities and intercultural communication environment;
4uses modern mechanisms for implementing management functions in the practice of strategic management of organizations;
5determines the possibilities of using the main ideas of modern management, analyzes management situations when making management decisions;

8analyzes and evaluates risks, calculating financial indicators, commercial and budgetary efficiency, selecting sources of PPP financing, potential and prospects for using the public-private partnership mechanism;
9ranks the initial data necessary for calculating economic indicators that characterize the activities of business entities, interprets financial, accounting and other information contained in the reports of small and medium-sized enterprises of various forms of ownership and use this information for making management decisions;
10develops tools for processing economic data in accordance with the implemented economic policy;
11manages the development, training and business career of personnel, develops management methods and forms a new national culture of corporate governance;
