Documents Required for Participation in the Educational Grant Competition
Applicants must submit the following documents:
1) Identity card (copy and electronic version);
2) Unified National Testing (UNT) certificate (issued between May 10 and July 10);
3) Secondary school certificate or diploma with transcripts (copy and original for verification);
4) A 3 × 4 cm digital photograph;
5) Supporting documents for applicants applying under a preferential category:
For Children from Large Families (4 or More Children):
Birth certificates of all children under 18 years of age;
A document confirming large-family status (certificate of state allowance recipient for large families and/or SocID from the eGov portal);
If there is a student in the family studying full-time and under 23 years old, a certificate from the educational institution confirming enrollment.
For Children from Single-Parent Families (with This Status for at Least Three Years):
Applicant’s birth certificate;
Death certificate of one parent or a divorce certificate issued at least three years ago;
A notarized document confirming that the parent raising the child has not remarried during the past three years or since the spouse’s death;
If both parents are listed on the birth certificate but the applicant is being raised by only one parent, a certificate confirming the absence of a registered marriage (issued through the eGov portal, Civil Registry Office, or Department of Justice).
For Children from Families Raising Persons with Disabilities:
Applicant’s birth certificate;
Birth certificates of brothers and sisters (both full and half-siblings) with disabilities;
Documents confirming the disability status of the siblings.
For Persons with Disabilities (Group I or II), Persons with Disabilities Since Childhood, and Children with Disabilities:
A document confirming disability status (for persons with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities, there are no restrictions regarding disability group).
For Orphans and Children Left Without Parental Care:
Death certificates of both parents or the sole parent;
Other documents confirming the absence of parents; and/or
A court decision on deprivation or restriction of parental rights, recognition of parents as missing, or declaration of parents as deceased.
Note: Copies of documents confirming social status must be submitted together with the original documents for verification.
