Measures for the employment of graduates
The employment rate is currently one of the most important targets in the country’s higher education system. University of Zhetisu The University of Zhetisu implements the task of employing graduates on the basis of a comprehensive plan. In accordance with the approved plan, several events are held during the academic year. In addition, in order to improve performance, the Career and Employment Center works together with employers on the basis of cooperation. Today, organized get-togethers help graduates get official information and get a job in their specialty.
On November 29, 2022, the Young Specialist-2023 job fair was held. The event was attended by government agencies, private organizations, manufacturing enterprises, business entities. The main purpose of the organization is to realize the purpose of employment. 988 graduates took part in the fair.
The management of the university regularly conducts interviews with graduates in order to employ graduates. During the meeting, such important topics as the choice of a place of work, employment by profession, professional development of future young professionals will be discussed.
On November 18, 2022, together with Financial Center JSC, explanatory work was carried out related to the mandatory three-year labor compensation for graduates who complete their studies on the basis of a state educational grant. A total of 718 students took part in the meeting.
On December 6, 2022, an interview was held with a representative of the Department of Education of the Zhetysu district on the subject of remuneration and employment features of graduates studying at the expense of the local budget. About 300 students attended the meeting.
