Brief information about the project

Project title: АР08856810 “Formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the content of updated education”.

Summary:

The project considers the issue of the scientific and methodological basis for the formation of professional competencies of future primary school teachers adapted to the updated content of education. According to the scientific foundations of “Mangilik El” (education of the XXI century, fundamental and applied research in the humanities) and in the fields of interdisciplinary education, science, culture and sports of the XXI century, work will be carried out in the form of fundamental and applied research in priority areas of science development. The project will be implemented for 27 months. The project will define the theoretical foundations for the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the updated content of education. As a result of the research work of the project, the structural components will be determined, and the beginning will be laid for the creation of new scientific proposals for the development of methodological methods and mechanisms for the professional training of future primary school teachers. The project also considers the presentation of scientific and methodological methods/mechanisms for building the professional competence of future primary school teachers and the introduction of new approaches to the pedagogical process of Universities. It also provides for the achievement of high indicators in the training of future specialists, the formation of a methodological system for OP, BP, KP – (Mandatory, basic, defining university, disciplines of the component of choice), implementation and use in practical application. During the research of the program of modular training of pedagogical specialties, the program of training and advanced training of pedagogical personnel, providing training of professional competence of primary school teachers, the necessary resource materials for teaching primary school children in on-line and on-line modes will be developed and tested.

Relevance:

The proposed methodological system will increase the effectiveness of the use of innovative technologies of teaching and upbringing in the pedagogical process, the formation of the professional competence of primary school teachers, the improvement of the content and methods of professional development, the formation of readiness for professional activity in the conditions of the updated content of education. Upon completion of the project, joint monographs, educational and methodological manuals will be published. Publications, reports for seminars and conferences, active educational resources, author’s certificates, etc. will be replicated and distributed.  Project goal: to form the professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the updated content conditions of education, to determine the pedagogical conditions, to implement them in the educational process of the University, to create a model and methodological system for using new approaches.

 Expected results:

1 Development of a methodological framework for the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education.

2 The theoretical foundations of the formation of professional competencies of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education are determined.

3.The pedagogical conditions and models for the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers, adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education, will be determined.

4 The scientific and methodological approaches (mechanisms) for the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education are indicated.

5 Creation of a methodological system for the formation /professional competence of future primary school teachers / OD, DB, PD (mandatory, basic, profile, defining university), adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education, introduction of new approaches to the pedagogical process of the university.

Achieved results:

The methodological base for the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education has been developed.

Scientific articles, reports at seminars and conferences, active learning resources have been distributed, an author’s certificate has been obtained. The project materials are used by students, undergraduates, doctoral students, university teachers and primary school teachers. A cycle of pedagogical technologies of vocational education has been developed, including changes in the structure and content of teaching and upbringing methods.

The results will be used in the educational process of universities, in the practice of primary education. During the project on the basis of a collaboration with the Zerde company.Didak has developed active educational resources.

The methodological base for the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education has been developed.

The theoretical foundations of the formation of professional competencies of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education are determined.

The pedagogical conditions of the model of formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education are determined.

Scientific and methodological approaches (mechanisms) for the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education are demonstrated.

A methodical system of formation / professional competence of future primary school teachers / OD, DB, PD (mandatory, basic, profiling, defining university) adapted to the conditions of the updated content of education has been created, new approaches have been introduced into the pedagogical process of the university.
The results obtained are reasonable and reliable, which is ensured by the use of new methods for cycles of pedagogical technology.

The reliability of the results obtained is also confirmed by the presence of published works, the approbation of research results in practice in primary schools and universities.

Within the framework of the project, the research team traveled abroad to improve their skills and conduct training on the topic of research to the Dubai Educational School (Dubai, UAE); and participated in the 8th Global Conference on Modern Problems of Education at Istanbul Aydin University (Istanbul, Turkey).
Approbation of the results of the questionnaire used to determine the level of competence among primary school teachers within the framework of the project was carried out in the Google Docs platform with the determination of the results by means of a QR code.

2366 primary school teachers of Almaty region, 89 students of I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University and 135 students of Abai KazNPU took part in the survey.

Works performed on the basis of a collaboration agreement planned in the project:

1. Published a joint article with a scientist from Turkey Hussein Uzunboylu and participation in specially organized seminars.
2. Resources based on the content of the scientific project (didactic materials in the framework of the updated content of education) have been developed and implemented in the pedagogical process jointly with Zerde.Didakt.
