On 11.11.2022, a meeting was held between students of the educational program “State and Local Government” and the head of the department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Zhetisu region – Manap Kobylan Tokbergenovich and the director of the regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Zlobin Bakyt Nikolaevich. The meeting was organized with the aim of attracting talented young people and increasing their readiness to work in the public service system, popularizing ways of entering the civil service. Within the framework of this event, the students were explained the legality and procedure for passing the testing of civil servants, as well as the procedure for submitting documents and modern requirements for civil servants. It was emphasized that enhancing the potential of students, attracting talented young people to the civil service will lead to an increase in the personnel potential of the civil service itself and all sectors of the economy as a whole.
