The “Spiritual modernization of the younger generation -improvement of national consciousness” program is aimed at modernizing the spiritual values of the nation, taking into account modern risks and global requirements, as well as improving Kazakhstan’s leadership qualities in the modern world, preserving national identity, popularizing cultural knowledge and a high level of consciousness of citizens.
