The main fundamental provisions and concepts of the development of creative abilities of the future teacher of primary classes through research competence are defined, scientific and methodological literature is analyzed, and a meaningful abstract is made. The scientific and methodological research of the conceptual content of the development of creative abilities of future elementary school teachers through research competencies is considered, an annotated bibliography is compiled, in which the works of scientists of foreign countries and CIS countries on the problem of training of future elementary school teachers are considered and investigated. The problems of formation and development of professional competencies are considered in domestic and foreign works. A survey is being conducted of future primary school teachers of higher educational institutions (ZhU named after I. Zhansugurov, KazNPU named after Abai), and a survey is also being conducted among primary school teachers of Zhetysu region. Based on the results of the survey, the research group prepared a scientific article on the problem of developing the creative abilities of future primary school teachers through research competencies for the journal included in the list of publications by the CCFES MSHE RK. The survey results are still being processed. 158 primary school teachers and 205 students took part in the survey.

The articles analyze the basic concepts of professional competence of future primary school teachers and ways of forming professional competence in the context of pedagogical research activities of primary school students. The importance of the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers in higher education, the stages of the formation of professional competence for the effective development of professional qualities are determined.
From October 12 to 18, 2023, the project participants Taurbekova A.S., Espolova G.K., Bolatbekova A., Tynyshanova A.T. visited the Caucasus University in Tbilisi to exchange experience. During the visit, they exchanged views on the problems in the education system and the specifics of training future teachers with the Dean of the Caucasian Pedagogical School Aluda Goglidze, the administrative director of educational programs Salome Chitorelidze and the employee of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Georgia Niko Silagadze. During the visit, the methods used in the pedagogical process of higher educational institutions were analyzed, ways of using various resources were shown, they talked and shared ideas about the formation of research competence of future primary school teachers, and also received a certificate for advanced training within the framework of the project.
