The Center for Competencies and Complementary Education of Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov organized and conducted advanced training courses for heads of
management bodies of condominium facilities from September 16 to 20, 2024. Lectures and practical classes were conducted by M.B. Seisekenova, candidate of economics, and D.S. Nigmatulina, master of state and local government. Within the framework of this course, the chairmen of the CAO, the APA, the heads of management companies of the city of Taldykorgan got acquainted with the regulatory framework for the management of apartment buildings, studied the issues of decision-making on the maintenance of apartment buildings, major repairs of common property, cost estimates according to the approved methodology, determining criteria for the degree of risk assessment in the field of housing stock. During the lessons, recommendations were given to improve the activities of management bodies in dealing with debt, energy saving, drawing up contracts with apartment owners and service companies. At the end of the course, the learners were awarded certificates.
