On October 29, 2024, a scientific seminar was held at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. The seminar was attended by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Yessengali Smagulov with a report on the topic «Improving the training of future mathematics teachers based on competence and axiological approaches». The reports of the research results of the doctoral students of ЕP 8D01501 Mathematics were also heard.
During the seminar, topics related to the competence approach in education, as well as axiological aspects affecting the motivation of future teachers, were discussed. The participants actively discussed the presented materials, sharing their own experiences and approaches to the training of mathematics teachers.
