Today, at the Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugirov, a meeting was held between the faculty and students and the head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Zhetysu region, Sayan Akhmetzhanov. The meeting was conducted by the Chairman of the Board and Rector, Yermek Buribayev, who outlined the purpose of the event.
During the meeting, Mr. Akhmetzhanov discussed the anti-corruption measures being implemented across the country and highlighted the corruption cases in the region. The participants watched video clips explaining the causes of corruption. “We must all feel responsible and adhere to the principles of honesty, fairness, and transparency. Our goal is to establish trust and stability in society. Let us work together in this direction and make every effort to eradicate corruption,” said Sayan Kylshuly.
In conclusion, Yermek Buribayev emphasized that combating corruption is not only the responsibility of government agencies but also a shared duty of every citizen.
