Today, Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the “Til” Educational and Methodological Center of Zhetysu Region.
The Chairman of the Board – Rector of Zhetysu University, Yermek Buribayev, emphasized that one of the university’s key priorities is to establish the state language as a language of science and technology.
“President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has stated that the Kazakh language should become the language of business, science, and technology. In this regard, we are establishing cooperation with the regional ‘Til’ Educational and Methodological Center to further develop the state language. In the near future, we will implement joint projects aimed at enhancing its status and strengthening its role,” said Yermek Buribayev.
The head of the “Til” Educational and Methodological Center, Zhenis Zholdybayev, expressed confidence that the joint initiatives within this collaboration will yield meaningful results in the development of the state language.
