On April 23, 2025, was held a large-scale event in the format of psychological express consultation “Psycho Express Abai” at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai within the framework of the project of the Coordination Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Safe Environment”.
Psychologist of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov Islamzhanova G. B. took part in this event. During the event, were conducted express consultations for university students in the areas of art therapy, psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, metaphorical associative cards, integrative dance and movement therapy, reliving therapy, neurographics and profiling. These methods were aimed at revealing the internal resources of students, relieving emotional stress and developing self-care skills.
