The Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov” announces a competition for the vacant position of Member of the Management Board – Vice-Rector for Digitalization and Strategic Development of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov”, located at: 187A Zhansugurov Street, Taldykorgan.
The main area of activity is the provision of educational services in the fields of higher, postgraduate, technical and vocational, post-secondary, and continuing education.
The goal of the activity is to create the necessary conditions for obtaining quality education, training, and teaching, aimed at the formation, development, and professional development of an individual based on national and universal values, as well as scientific achievements.
Requirements for competition participants: higher and/or postgraduate education, at least 3 years of work experience in leadership positions in educational organizations and/or authorized bodies in the relevant fields or in government bodies and organizations.
A person cannot participate in the competition if they:
- Are under twenty-five years old;
- Have previously committed a corruption-related offense;
- Have an unexpired or unresolved criminal conviction;
- Have been registered in medical specialized institutions;
- Are involved in other cases as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A person applying to participate in the competition must submit the following documents:
- An application in the prescribed form;
- A copy of the document identifying the participant;
- A resume with a color photo (3×4 cm) in the prescribed form;
- Copies of educational documents and attachments, with the originals presented for verification;
- A copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the human resources department of the current or last place of work;
- A medical certificate of health status (professional medical-consultative conclusion) in form No. 086/u;
- A certificate from a psychiatric organization, issued no later than one year before the submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on public services;
- A certificate from a narcological organization, issued no later than one year before the submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on public services;
- A document confirming the absence of a ban on holding the position under criminal law.
In cases of restrictive measures imposed by relevant government authorities, the declaration of a state of emergency, or the occurrence of emergency situations of a social, natural, or technological nature, applicants are not required to submit the documents listed in items 6, 7, and 8.
The acceptance of documents for participation in the competition will be carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of the announcement publication.
The date and venue of the competition will be announced separately.
