Today, Deputy Akim of the Zhetisu region, Marlen Kolbaev, paid an official visit to Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov to familiarize himself with the work of the admissions committee. As a reminder, admissions offices across the country began operating on June 20. The efficient organization of the admissions process is a crucial task for all universities, and as the only higher education institution in the region, Zhetysu University approaches it with particular care and a strong sense of responsibility.
From the very first days of the admissions campaign, the university administration has ensured all necessary conditions for applicants and their parents. Tents, additional seating, and drinking water stations have been set up on campus. On July 13, the submission of documents for participation in the state educational grant competition officially began. In this regard, the work of the admissions committee was intensified— all available resources were mobilized, and the office now operates without days off.
The document submission process is organized in full compliance with regulations and runs at a high level. Marlen Kolbaev personally reviewed the operations of the admissions office and spoke with applicants and their parents. He commended the well-organized system and instructed staff to treat each applicant with respect and care, and to answer all questions in a thorough and courteous manner.
All submitted applications will be accepted. Document submission is carried out electronically through a queue ticket system, so there is no need to arrive early in the morning— all applicants will have the opportunity to submit their documents. The admissions process is under the direct supervision of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the university.
We remind you that applications for state educational grants will be accepted from July 13 to July 20
