Today, the students of Zhetysu University met with Ulan Nauken, Chairman of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan and National Student Ombudsman.
During the meeting, U. Nauken explained to the youth the main objectives of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan and its role in society.
He spoke in detail about the Ombudsman’s activities in protecting students’ rights and freedoms and answered students’ questions.
As part of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Public Association “Republican Student Movement ‘Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan’” and the NJSC “Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov.”
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Bauyrzhan Taubaev, who chaired the event, expressed gratitude to Ulan Nauken and noted that the university’s students are ready to work together in the future.
