On 3 November 2025, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov hosted the opening of History Week, dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of Mirzhakyp Dulatov. For the students, the event began with a themed introduction titled “History: A Lesson from the Past, a Guide for the Future.” The week includes a series of activities related to national history and aims to promote historical awareness among students.
The opening ceremony was held in a special interactive format. As they entered the main university building, faculty members and students were offered quiz questions and gave their responses. Active participants and those who answered correctly received small gifts and words of appreciation from the organizers.
