On October 30–31, 2025, the Department of Education of Zhetysu Region and the Regional Educational and Methodological Center “Zhetysu Daryny” organized a national seminar titled “From the Past to the Future: Studying History through Artificial Intelligence”.
During the seminar, Associate Professor of the Department of History and Social-Humanitarian Disciplines, Candidate of Historical Sciences Gulzhan Tleubekova, delivered a presentation entitled “Analyzing the Personal Archival Documents of Chokan Valikhanov through Artificial Intelligence”. Meanwhile, PhD Lecturer Bekzat Kaliyeva presented on the topic “Artificial Intelligence in Academic Work: The Transformation of Approaches to Writing Scholarly Papers”.
Throughout the seminar, the speakers presented their research findings and shared their experience in applying artificial intelligence to the humanities, providing detailed insights into their projects to the participating teachers.
