At Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, a women’s volleyball tournament for the Chairman of the Board – Rector’s Cup was held.
Six teams competed in the event: the Faculties of Natural and Technical Sciences, Physics and Mathematics, Pedagogy and Psychology, Law and Economics, Humanities, as well as the Zhansugurov College.
Over two days of intense competition, the participants demonstrated a high level of preparation and athletic skill.
Based on the results of the tournament, the Faculty of Humanities took first place, the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics placed second, and the Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences came in third.
Individual awards were presented to: Sabina Dalelkhankyzy (Best Defender), Tamilla Khairolla (Best Setter), Nazerke Dauletzhan (Best Attacker), and Aiyum Nurtleu (Best Player).
The winning teams and outstanding players were awarded the Rector’s Cup, certificates of recognition, and valuable prizes.
