On November 14, 2025, a training on the topic “Law and Legal Literacy” was held by N. Ermekova, a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Digitalization of Education, for second-year students of the IR211(IP) group at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. During the training, situational tasks and methods for solving them were discussed.
Situation 1: A neighbor plays loud music after midnight almost every day. Talking to them doesn’t help. Questions: What norms are being violated? How can this be resolved peacefully? When can I call the police and what can they do?
Situation 2: A student lost money from his jacket in the locker room. Questions: Which actions are legal and which are not (for example, a personal search)? Who should I contact: the school administration, parents, or the police?
Situation 3: You got a job working in a cafe, but you didn’t sign the contract. You haven’t been paid after a month of work. Questions: What rights have been violated? What should I do if there is no written contract, but there is proof of work? Where can I apply for protection of my rights?
