

The presentation of the 20-volume collection of works by Ilyas Zhansugurov, published in 2019, held at the international organization TURKSOY (Turkey, Ankara), demonstrates the continuation of the spiritual connection with the Turkic world.
During her business trip to Istanbul, the head of the project AP 19680053 “The Legacy of Ilyas Zhansugurov in the Development of the Humanities: In the Context of the 21st Century,” Candidate of Philological Sciences, Acting Professor Shara Kyiahmetova, conducted research work in leading libraries such as “Sevgi Soysal Kütüphane & Kültür Evi,” “Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar Literature Museum Library,” and “Orhan Kemal Provincial Public Library.”
This research further substantiates the connection between the literary history of the Kazakh people and that of related nations, their mutual influence, and their shared roots, while also demonstrating the vitality of their spiritual ties. The legacy of Ilyas will be explored from a new perspective, the geography of research will expand, it will become better known to the Turkic world, a scientific environment for studying it at both national and Turkic levels will be formed, and it will provide valuable materials for Turkic culture.
