On November 28, A. Yelepbergenova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, held a curator’s hour on the topic “Law and Order” in the 411 АЖК group.
The main goal of the event was to enhance students’ legal literacy, promote compliance with legal requirements, and foster a culture of public order enforcement.
During the curator’s hour, the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, students’ rights and obligations, as well as administrative and criminal liability, were thoroughly explained. In addition, the principles of academic integrity, the prevention of corruption, and the norms of behavior in the public environment were discussed.
The event was organized in an interactive format, where students expressed their opinions and shared their views on situational tasks. As part of the topic, a survey was conducted to determine the level and attitude of students towards legal knowledge.
This curatorial hour aimed to increase students’ sense of responsibility and strengthen their principles of respect for law and order.
