A total of 1,745 universities from 105 countries participated in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2025. The purpose of the ranking is to evaluate the sustainability and institutional development of universities worldwide.
Compared to 2024, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov rose 83 positions in the sustainability assessment and ranked 721st globally and 7th among 30 universities in Kazakhstan in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2025.
We congratulate the university on these outstanding results and wish for even greater achievements in the future, driven by its focused policy on sustainable development and quality assurance!
