Fourth-year students of the Faculty of Law and Economics at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, specialising in «State and local governance» Kendebaeva Alua and Kurmanbek Inzhu took part in a conference held by Kunaev University in Almaty, where they were awarded third-degree diplomas and certificates.
This international scientific and theoretical conference for students and young scientists on the topic «Current problems of state and law development in the context of digital transformation of society» was timed to coincide with the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The articles presented at the conference, «Managing Resistance to Change» by Kurmanbek Inzhu and «Difficulties in Accepting Changes in Public Administration» by Alua Kendebaeva, were written under the scientific guidance of PhD Zhansaya Erzhankyzy Turgambekova, lecturer at the Department of Public Administration and Management at Zhetysu University, within the framework of the disciplines «Change Management» and «New Public Management».
