Senior manager of the Office of Scientific Projects and Technology Commercialization, 2nd-year doctoral student of the Kazakh language and Literature educational program of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, Altai Aydin took 1st prize and became a laureate at the national competition «The Bright path of Alash in the 21st century», held on December 13. 2025 in the city of Astana. The winner was awarded a cash prize of 700,000 tenge.
The competition was held in three stages: at the first stage, scientific papers were selected online. The second stage was held on November 22, 2025 at Zhetysu University, where 42 participants qualified for the final. The third stage was held in Astana at the Central Office of the Ak Zhol party.
The competition was attended by young scientists, teachers and students between the ages of 18 and 35. The jury of the competition included Chairman of the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbol Tileshov, well-known Alash scholars: Dikhan Kamzabekuly, Sultan Khan Zhusip, Kayyrbek Kemenger, Sagymbai Zhumagul.
Aydin Altay’s scientific work on the topic»”The Alash political system and its conceptual links with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was recognized as the best in the nomination «The socio-political idea of Alash and its continuity in modern Kazakhstan», which won the first place. In this area, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took the 2nd place, and the Kazakh-British Technical University took the 3rd place. The scientific supervisor is Associate Professor (Associate Professor) of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Abyzova Aina.
