The academic staff and employees of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov have become recipients of the “500 Scholars” research internship grant under the Bolashak International Scholarship Program:
1. Aiym Eseikyzy — Lecturer of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, PhD candidate — Johns Hopkins University (Washington, USA);
2. Dinara Nurgaliyeva — Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Center, MSc — University of Reading (Reading, United Kingdom);
3. Aibek Abduakasov — Junior Researcher at the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics and Genomics, MSc — The University of Queensland (Brisbane, Australia).
Within the framework of the research internship, our scholars had the opportunity to pursue advanced training at leading international universities, conduct research activities, and establish strong professional ties with the global academic community.
Notably, all host institutions are ranked among the Top 200 universities worldwide according to the QS World University Rankings: Johns Hopkins University is ranked 24th, The University of Queensland 42nd, and the University of Reading 194th.
