From January 9 to 11, 2026, the XXXV Kazakhstan National Athletics Championship was held in Astana in an indoor complex.
Students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Arts of I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University achieved excellent results:
🥇 Nurmamet Akbayan — 1st place in the 800 m distance
🥇 Kudaibergen Saniya — 1st place in the 2000 m steeplechase
🥉 Bolatbekkyzy Ayana — 3rd place in the 1500 m distance
