Scientific Internship

Ainur Sapashovna Taurbekova, a doctoral candidate of the educational program 8D01301 – Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education at the Department of Teaching and Upbringing Methodologies, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, Zhetysu University named after                          I. Zhansugurov, completed a scientific internship in the Republic of Bulgaria at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

The internship was conducted under the academic supervision of an international consultant, Associate Professor, PhD Bozhidara Kriviradeva of the Department of History of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Faculty of Pedagogy, Sofia University, as well as with the administrative support of the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Associate Professor, PhD Vanya Bozhilova, and the Head of the Department of History of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Yonka Petrova Pyrvanova.

The main objectives of the scientific internship were to deepen research skills, expand academic and scientific networks, master contemporary methodological approaches, and acquire practical experience necessary for conducting doctoral research in an international academic environment.

In order to supplement and enhance the theoretical and methodological framework of the dissertation research, an analysis of foreign scientific studies was carried out, and work with bibliographic sources was undertaken. Research activities were conducted at the National Library “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Sofia, the Sofia University Library, as well as pedagogical scientific and technical libraries, where dissertations and scholarly works of foreign researchers were analyzed.

During the internship, with the aim of exchanging professional experience and scholarly opinions with international colleagues on issues of international academic activity, participated in lectures and seminars conducted by faculty members of the Departments of History of Pedagogy and Educational Management and Didactics, as well as in events organized in accordance with the faculty’s academic plan.
