On January 28, 2026, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov hosted a seminar for final-year students titled “The Practical Work of a Teacher”. The event was organized by employers in cooperation with the Department of History and Social-Humanities Disciplines.
The seminar opened with welcoming remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Raigul Zheldibayeva. Presentations were also delivered by the Director of the Municipal State Institution “Magzhan Zhumabaev Secondary School-Gymnasium No. 19 with a Preschool Mini-Center,” Karlygash Zamzina, the Deputy Director for Methodological Work Karlygash Shengelbayeva, and history teacher Medet Kerei.
In addition, methodologists from the Methodological Center of the Zhetysu Region Department of Education Asel Auezova, Arai Torpakova and Gulnaz Kudaibergenova provided guidance on developing practical skills for 3rd- and 4th-year students of the “History” educational program and delivered a presentation on “Filling Out the Electronic Gradebook”.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the speakers were awarded Certificates of Appreciation at the university level. The invited guests introduced future graduates to key information about the education system.
