Students of Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov took part, within the framework of the “Law and Order” principle, in an administrative court hearing held at the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offenses of Taldykorgan city in an online format.
⚜️ The main purpose of the open court session was to promote legal order and the rule of law among students, as well as to develop their legal culture.
⚜️ During the hearing, a case was considered under Part 1 of Article 608 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, namely driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
⚜️ The court session was attended online by faculty members and students of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Arts.
⚜️ This court proceeding enabled students to become familiar with the procedure for considering administrative cases and to understand the dangers and legal responsibility associated with driving under the influence of alcohol.
