In the sports competition “Spartakiad – 2026”, organized by the sports club of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, teachers and students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences took an active part and showed high results. The faculty’s team has proven its unity and skill in various sports.
In men’s team games, there was the first place in mini-football, and the first place in volleyball. In addition, in togyzkumalak competitions among men and women – III place, in table tennis – III place, in relay – III place.
The representatives of the faculty showed good results in individual sports. In particular, the lecturer of the Department of Natural Sciences in Chess, J. S. Imangazinova, took the third place, and the head of the Department of Natural Sciences in Swimming, D. M. Mukasheva, took the second place.
This competition showed the activity of the Faculty of Natural Sciences in sports, contribution to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and high team spirit.
