From 02.02.2026 to 30.03.2026, at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, according to an external academic program, Doctor of Law, Professor of Tashkent State Law University Narzullaev Olim Khlomamatovich (Narzullaev Olim Kholmamatovich) conducts classes in the discipline “Land Law” for students of the 3rd year of the Jurisprudence educational program. During the lesson, Professor Narzullaev Olim Khlomamatovich shares his experience and peculiarities of land legislation in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, as well as the mechanism and practice of land use and protection of land rights. Olim Kholmamatovich Narzullaev, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Environmental Law at Tashkent State Law University, specialist in land law, environmental law, and natural resources.
Within the framework of the academic mobility program, the history of the development of land legislation and Legal issues of land legislation will be considered.
As part of the external academic mobility program, students are given the opportunity to improve their knowledge of land legislation, exchange international experience, expand their professional skills, and gain experience in studying domestic and foreign legislation.
