From February 8 to 14, 2026, the Sambo Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among men and women was held in Karaganda.
At this competition, Kairatkyzy Anel, a student of the Faculty of Physical Education and Arts of I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University, demonstrated a high level of skill and determination, winning 1st place.
