On February 13, 2026, within the walls of Zhetysu university named after I. Zhansugurov, a curatorial hour was organized by the Assistant Teacher of the Department of Information Technologies and artificial intelligence B. Serikov on the topic “law and order”. The event was attended by students of the group IS121 of the educational program “Information Systems”.
The main purpose of the event is to increase the legal literacy of students and explain the importance of maintaining the rule of law and order in society. In addition: prevention of offenses among students. The formation of responsibility and civic position among young people.Interpretation of ethical standards within the University and in public places. Consequences of offenses in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The importance of maintaining online security and legality as information technology professionals. Discipline within the walls of the University and patterns in the educational process.
At the end of the meeting, students asked their questions, exchanged views on responsibility to the law and legal culture. Teacher B. Serikov noted that for future IT specialists, not only education, but also a high level of discipline and law — abiding is the key to a successful career.
