
















On February 19, 2026, an important meeting was held at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov with students of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology on the topic “Zero Tolerance for Violence and Harassment” within the framework of the “Law and Order” initiative.
The event took place in the Aydyn Aimbetov Lecture Hall.
The purpose of the meeting was to enhance legal awareness among young people, prevent violence, and foster a culture of zero tolerance in society.
The meeting was opened by the Dean of the Faculty, Erlan Seilkhanovich Khaimuldanov, who emphasized the relevance of the topic.
Vice-Rector for Social Work and Youth Policy Bolat Abduldauly Seriev delivered a speech on youth education and legal responsibility.
Senior Inspector of the Family and Domestic Violence Prevention Unit of the Taldykorgan Police Department, Police Major Ainur Tleukhanovna Kagazbekova, provided information on measures to prevent domestic violence.
Chairman of the “Tauly Karabakh” Veterans in the Zhetysu region and member of the Almaty Regional Bar Association, Aidarbek Bilibekuly Namazbayev, gave legal explanations on the issue.
Psychologist of the Municipal Institution “Family Support Center ‘Zhanuya’ of Taldykorgan,” Indira Kassymkyzy Ibraimova, spoke about psychological support and assistance mechanisms.
At the end of the event, students shared their opinions, asked questions, and participated in an open discussion. Such meetings are an important step toward developing the legal culture of young people and strengthening the principles of zero tolerance for violence and harassment in society.
