An organizational conference on the pedagogical practice “Introduction to the Teaching Profession” was held for 1st-year students of the Educational Program “Physical Education and Sports” of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Arts.
The purpose of the event was to familiarize students with the content, goals, and objectives of the teaching practice, explain the main areas of work during the practice period, and provide guidance aimed at developing the professional identity of a future teacher.
During the event, the practice program, documentation procedures, assessment criteria, and internal regulations of educational institutions were explained. Special attention was also given to the importance of observing pedagogical ethics, responsibility, and professional culture requirements.
