From February 26 to 28, 2026, the Kazakhstan U-23 Indoor Athletics Championship was held in Oskemen.
At this competition, students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Arts of Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov demonstrated excellent results and won prize-winning places:
