























A meeting titled “Law and Order – the Foundation of Constitutional Supremacy” was held at the Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov with the aim of promoting the ideology of “Law and Order.” The event was attended by the Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akerke Ablaikhan, heads of law enforcement agencies of Taldykorgan, as well as the university’s faculty members and students.
The meeting was moderated by the Rector of the university, Yermek Buribayev, who emphasized that the ideology of law and order serves as a key guarantee for the sustainable development of society. He noted that the Constitution is the fundamental document of the state, clearly defining citizens’ rights and freedoms as well as the principles of justice and public order within society. The Rector also highlighted that such meetings help enhance students’ legal awareness and foster a responsible attitude toward the future of the country.
During the meeting, speeches were delivered by the Prosecutor of Taldykorgan, M. Smatov, and the Deputy Head of the Public Security Department of the Police Department, A. Belgibaeva. They emphasized that the rule of law is essential for the effective functioning of all spheres of society.
The Dean of the Faculty of Law and Economics, G. Teleuev, focused on the preamble of the new Constitution, while young scholar A. Altaiuly analyzed the legal, political, and value-based continuity between the principle of “Law and Order” in the Aлаш legal tradition and the draft of the new Constitution.
Special guest of the meeting, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akerke Ablaikhan, also exchanged views with students and emphasized the particular importance of the new Constitution for the future of young people.
