














A meeting was held at Zhetysu University within the framework of the “Law and Order” principle.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akerke Abylaikhan; Operative Officer of the Anti-Narcotics Crime Unit of the Zhetysu Region Police Department, Police Captain Madina Abdusheva; Senior Inspector-Canine Handler of the Canine Service Center, Police Captain Maksat Mametzhanov; Inspector-Canine Handler, Police Junior Lieutenant Aidos Yeruzakov; and Junior Inspector-Canine Handler, Police Senior Sergeant Meirambai Toleubekov.
During the meeting, the Rector of the university, Yermek Buribayev, emphasized the importance of professional education and the observance of law and public order.
As part of the event, canine specialists demonstrated the specifics of working with service dogs. The service dogs Flint and Du-Blond successfully completed the task of detecting narcotic substances during a practical demonstration.
In addition, Madina Abdusheva, an operative officer of the Anti-Narcotics Crime Unit, informed students about the types of narcotic substances and their harmful effects on human health.
