The schedule for an online meeting with JSC Financial Center representative Anuar Zamiruly Amangeldiev for graduating university students was agreed upon, and announcements indicating the date and time of the event were posted on social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook).
On March 30–31, 2026, Anuar Zamiruly Amangeldiev, a representative of JSC Financial Center under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted online informational and explanatory sessions for graduating students of pedagogical and other specialties who studied under state educational grants, including those admitted under the rural quota, regarding the “Mandatory Three-Year Work Placement.”
A total of 519 graduates participated in the event, including:
- Bachelor’s degree – 450
- Master’s degree – 63
- Doctoral degree – 6
During the event, information was provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 47, Paragraph 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education,” as well as the Rules for Assigning Young Specialists to Work approved by Resolution No. 403 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 11, 2023. Participants were informed about the documents required to be submitted to the Financial Center and the conditions under which graduates may be fully exempt from the mandatory work obligation.
The participating graduates received comprehensive answers to all their questions.
