An international conference on the topic “Issues of Audiovisual Journalism, Development Strategies, and Standard Harmonization” was held at the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan. The event brought together researchers, journalists, and experts from various countries.
Scholars from several higher education institutions of Kazakhstan also took an active part in the conference and delivered presentations. Representing Zhetysu University, the Head of the Department of Journalism, PhD Dr. Karimova, participated in the conference and delivered an informative presentation.
As part of the visit, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the universities. In the future, within the framework of the academic mobility program, faculty members and students will have an opportunity to exchange experience.
